We want to work with you to make sure you are happy with our jewelry. If the only solution is to return it… Unworn jewelry (that is not custom) in its original condition & original packaging is eligible to be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or store credit. Shipping for returns is the client’s responsibility. All custom jewelry is not eligible for return.

How to return your jewel

1. Email info.usa@alessandracamilla.com within 14 days of the receipt of your order to request a return
2. Alessandra Camilla can provide you with a return label, and deduct the shipping cost ($50) from your refund, or you can provide your own label
3. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect your item within 10 business days to ensure it adheres to our guidelines. If compliant to it’s original condition, Alessandra Camilla will issue the refund on your original payment method (please allow up to 10 business days for the payment to be processed) or store credit via a code that can be used at checkout.
